Employee wellness is of critical importance to our success. How can we operate when our people are not well? Annually, along with NHP, we host an employee wellness day at MegaBuild, inviting other subsidiaries as well, to join in the fun. We had two in August and the days included multiple activities including BMI measurement, glucose and cholesterol testing, blood pressure tests, and cancer and dental hygiene awareness. A great time was had by all with a lucky draw for a smart watch… nice!

Being able to measure the wellness and health of employees can be a difficult task and through participating in initiatives like this, it brings us a step closer to being able to get measurable results based on our employees’ health. Thanks to NHP for stepping up!
