TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promotion Overview

The Pupkewitz Megabuild Collect and Claim Rewards Promotion (“the Promotion”) allows qualifying Mega Card holders to earn free LEGO set rewards or CashBack based on their eligible spend at participating Pupkewitz Megabuild stores, subject to these Terms & Conditions. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Promotion is open to Mega Card holders who make qualifying purchases at all participating Pupkewitz Megabuild stores.

2.2 The Promotion is subject to the availability of stock and is available exclusively to customers holding a valid Mega Card.

3. Earning Tokens

3.1 Mega Card holders will earn one (1) token for every N$300 (Namibian Dollars) spent in a single qualifying transaction when swiping a registered Mega Card at a participating Pupkewitz Megabuild store.

3.2 Qualifying spend does not accumulate across multiple transactions or visits. Each transaction is assessed independently.

3.3 Mega Card holders may earn multiple tokens in a single transaction where the qualifying spend exceeds N$300, for example:

• N$600 = 2 tokens
• N$3,000 = 10 tokens

4. Qualification for Collect and Claim Rewards

4.1 A Mega Card holder qualifies for one (1) LEGO reward once ten (10) tokens have been awarded to their Mega Card in accordance with Section 3 (i.e., one (1) token for every N$300 spent in a single qualifying transaction; spend does not accumulate across multiple transactions or visits).

4.2 Tokens have no cash value and may not be exchanged, transferred, or sold.

5. Reward Limits and 15% CashBack

5.1 Each Mega Card holder may receive a maximum of three (3) free LEGO sets during the Promotion period.

5.2 After the third (3rd) free LEGO set, a Mega Card holder will qualify only for a 15% CashBack once they have been awarded ten (10) tokens and purchase a LEGO set in store. The 15% CashBack is limited to two (2) LEGO sets (i.e., the 4th and 5th sets).

5.3 The 15% CashBack applies only to LEGO sets stocked by the applicable branch and purchased in store by the qualifying Mega Card holder. The Mega Card must be presented at the point of sale, and the CashBack should apply automatically if eligible.

5.4 Accordingly, each Mega Card holder may receive a maximum of five (5) LEGO sets under this Promotion: three (3) free LEGO sets and two (2) LEGO sets (i.e., the 4th and 5th sets) to which the 15% CashBack may be applied upon purchase. Any tokens earned beyond this limit will have no value and will not qualify for additional rewards.

5.5 The Promotion will run for three (3) months from the date of launch, after which no further tokens may be earned, and no additional LEGO rewards or 15% CashBack will be awarded.

6. Reward Collection

6.1 Once the tenth (10th) token has been awarded, the Mega Card holder will receive an official SMS notification / redemption code generated via the Infinity rewards system. The Marketing Department (Support Office / Head Office) will then provide the relevant claim details to the applicable Branch Manager for fulfilment at the specified Pupkewitz Megabuild branch.

6.2 Mega Card holders must collect their LEGO reward within seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt of the official SMS notification, from the specified Pupkewitz Megabuild branch.

6.3 To collect the reward, the Mega Card holder must identify themselves to the applicable Branch Manager by presenting a valid Identification Document and/or registered Mega Card, together with the SMS notification.

6.4 Failure to collect the reward within the specified collection period will result in forfeiture of the reward, and no extensions will be granted.

6.5 Pupkewitz Megabuild will not be responsible for any delays, failures, or non-delivery of SMS notifications resulting from incorrect contact details, network issues, or system limitations.

7. Stock Availability

7.1 All LEGO rewards are issued while stocks last and are subject to availability at participating Pupkewitz Megabuild stores.

7.2 Should a Mega Card holder qualify for a LEGO reward after available stock has been depleted, Pupkewitz Megabuild will not be able to issue the LEGO reward, and no substitution, replacement, or compensation will be offered.

8. General Conditions

8.1 Pupkewitz Megabuild reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time, subject to applicable law.

8.2 Pupkewitz Megabuild reserves the right to withhold rewards in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, manipulation, misuse, or system error.

8.3 Pupkewitz Megabuild’s decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion shall be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

8.4 The Promotion is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Namibia.

8.5 Standard Mega Card CashBack percentages will continue to apply throughout the Promotion period, unless otherwise stated.

9. Privacy

9.1 Customer information will be processed solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion and issuing SMS notifications, in accordance with Pupkewitz Megabuild’s Mega Card data protection and privacy practices, as published on the Infinity App and Pupkewitz Megabuild website.
