Competition Terms and Conditions

The promoter of this competition is M Pupkewitz & Sons (Pty) Ltd t/a Pupkewitz Megabuild and t/a Builders Warehouse hereafter referred to Pupkewitz Megabuild. This competition is open to all residents of Namibia, except employees of Pupkewitz Megabuild and Builders Warehouse, their spouses and dependents and advertising agencies. The competition runs from 22 October July 2021 to 27 November 2021 and no entries will be accepted after that date. During this period customers can take part in the competition as stated later. Thirty (30) winners will be selected during the 25. October and 30. November 2021.  

To enter the competition, the entrant must purchase any product at Pupkewitz Megabuild Outapi of NAD 100.00. The purchase must be at least NAD 100.00 and or more. The entrant must send an SMS with the following: Outapi followed by name of the customer and invoice number to 33555.

The competition closes on 27 November 2021, and no late entries will be accepted. One invoice is valid for one entry and invoices cannot be split to increase the number of entries. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatsoever reason.

The prize is thirty (30) x NAD 300 Sprite Vouchers, and the prize is not transferable to cash. Pupkewitz Megabuild reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize with equivalent value, without giving notice. The winners will be informed telephonically on the day of every draw.  To qualify as a winner, finalists will need to present the invoice as proof of purchase to or over the amount of NAD 100 at the Pupkewitz Megabuild Outapi branch. Entrant can only win once in this competition. Any deviation from the terms and conditions and/or attempt to manipulate the outcome of the prize will result in disqualification. Pupkewitz Megabuild cannot be held liable for damages or losses and no claim(s) can be issued against them.

By entering this competition, entrants give Pupkewitz Megabuild permission to contact them regarding the development of the competition and future promotions.  All participants agree and authorize Pupkewitz Megabuild – for the purposes of this competition – to be identified, announced as the winner, have their name, images, photographs, and video taken and published in the media which shall include print, television, press, internet, and social media (at no additional cost to Pupkewitz Megabuild).  Failing to agree will result in such a participant forfeiting the prize to the next alternate winner.

If required, Pupkewitz Megabuild shall have the right to terminate this competition immediately and without notice and /or to amend or alter the relevant prizes.  In the event of such termination, all entrants agree to waive any rights that they have in terms of this competition and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against Pupkewitz Megabuild, their agents and promoters. Pupkewitz Megabuild cannot be held liable for personal damages or expenses.

The winner may not send a representative to represent them to collect their prize and need to be present themselves with their identification documents.
