Terms and Conditions for the Megabuild’s 24 Days of Christmas in Partnership with Bennett Read and Magneto Powered by Kosmos Promotion:

1. Eligibility

• The promotion is open to all Namibian citizens.
• Promotion runs at all Megabuild stores.
• Employees of Megabuild and participating media representatives are not eligible to enter the promotion.
• Any individual who follows the competition entry steps and meets all the specified Terms and Conditions is eligible to participate.

2. Entry Requirements

• To enter, participants must purchase any Bennett Read or Magneto product at a Megabuild store.
• Participants must WhatsApp the word “Megabuild” along with their name and invoice number, to 085 127 3000
• Each valid receipt qualifies as a single entry; multiple entries are permitted if multiple eligible purchases are made.

3. Prize Details

• The twenty-four (24) prizes have a total retail value of N$ 35,000, featuring a selection of Bennett Read and Magneto products.
• Participants will have an opportunity to win Bennett Read and Magneto products within a period of 24 days.
• The prize is final and cannot be exchanged for another prize or for cash.

4. Winner Announcements

• The promotion will start on the 22nd of November 2024 until the 22nd of December 2024.
• Winners will be announced daily within the 24 days of the promotion. (Excluding public holidays & Sundays)
• Entries that do not comply in full of the Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.

5. Price Collection

• Kosmos will contact the daily winners directly via contact details provided.
• The winner is solely responsible for the collection of the prices.

6. Publicity

• By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in promotional activities related to the competition, including the use of their name and likeness for advertising purposes without additional compensation.

7. General Conditions
