Terms and Conditions for the Megabuild’s 24 Days of Christmas in Partnership with Marathon & Gentech Powered by Kosmos Promotion:

1. Prize Details 

• The total value of prizes is N$50,000 worth of Marathon and Gentech products.
• Participants will have an opportunity to win Marathon and Gentech products over a period of 24 days.

2. Winner Announcements

• The promotion will run from 01 December 2025 to 25 December 2025.
• Winners will be announced daily during the 24 days of the promotion.
• Entries that do not comply fully with the Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.

3. Prize Collection

• Kosmos will contact the winner directly via contact details provided. 
• The winner is solely responsible for the collection of their prizes.

4. Eligibility

• The promotion is open to all Namibian citizens 18 years and above.
• The promotion runs at all Megabuild stores.
•  Employees of Megabuild and participating media representatives are not eligible to enter the promotion.
• Any individual who follows the competition entry steps and meets all the specified Terms and Conditions is eligible to participate.

5. Entry Requirements

• To enter, participants must purchase any Marathon or Gentech product to the value of N$250 or more at any Megabuild store.
• Participants must WhatsApp the word “Megabuild” along with their name and invoice number, to 085 127 3000
• Each valid receipt qualifies as a single entry; multiple entries are permitted if multiple eligible purchases are made.

6. General Conditions

• By entering this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

7. Publicity: 

• By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in promotional activities related to the competition, including the use of their name and likeness for advertising purposes without additional compensation.
